In-app webview traffic

Many sites are embedded inside native apps via webviews. The app usually appends a ?app=… query parameter (or similar) to landing URLs. Detect that to split "real web visitors" from "embedded webview hits". Detection rules live in config/site.yaml → app_traffic.
